DESSERT SAFARI TRIP DAY

DAY 2

Well the most important thing is to eat before you start your day. So the most important meal would be BREAKFAST. since we not in the hurry for our first day, BRUNCH lah jawabnya. haaa siap kira2 lagi budget nak makan. So a day tak boleh lebih 80 Dirham for expenses. Kalau tak mmg tak cukup lah. mcm ni lah kalau org budget. for today expenses:

FOOD : 40 Dirham

PETROL : 20 Dirham

PARKING : 7 Dirham

TOTAL : 67 DIRHAM

Balance : 13 DIRHAM to be carried fwd

So dalam byk2 option we decided to eat Vietnam food in ABU DHABI sebab malm dinner dah makan alaaa arab. Byk plak option. hurm kalau ikut hati nak nasi tapi kang DESSERT SAFARI mmg termuntah lah jawabnya so we took Rice Noodles soupy kind of meal for our brunch. SEDAP okay.. wpun bihun sup kita lagi sodap. ahahhaa.. teringat plak KAK SALINA yg ske sgt mkn soupy things... heheheee.. anyways nak tahu what we get and how it looks like?

TADAAAAA...

PHO CHICKEN RICE NOODLES (29) and BEEF BALLS RICE NOODLES (29), SUMMER ROLES (18) for entree and MINERAL WATER (4) = total of 80 DIRHAM

Lepas makan kitaorg pown jalan2 in a way to the Millenium Corniche Hotel as the driver for DESSERT SAFARI can only pick us up at the nearest hotel. Makes me wonder kenapalah pompuan arab ske pakai black abaya when its freaking HOT negara dorunk. Well Aishah kata so they feel safe, and bila pakai abaya hitam mcm org laki takkan kacau dorunk.so fair enough lah.. plus of cos they look stunning sbb kulit dah le putih kan... Masyaallah sistur.

Somehow their street sign pown ada yg mcm helpful even for the walker like me. but lagi amaze mcm mana lah dorunk boleh ingat nama jalan yg siap full name ok! ahahaha.. mcm ingat nama orang, Hamdan, Fatima and Sultan Bin Zayed.

Haaaa...my friend told me kalau dekat sini yg mmg orang abu dhabi and org UAE senang je nak tau, if they wear their jubah like this guy or some arab girl pakai all black jubah dorunk tu mostly mmg orang abu dhabi. not to say but they look good okay with the jambang and sunnies and their jubah. ahahahaa... yg girls with black jubah or abaya pown. masyaallah dah sah2 tak ketat metat mcm kita. insaf kejap. insyaallah. slowly to a better me. This is what people say, jauh perjalanan luas pemandangan towards certain things and certain ways of life.

Around 3pm ish our driver arrived dekat hotel. His name is RUZIL. Awal2 dalam hati ishk dia nie drive pergh laju and break mengejut pown ye. i guess not only him kowt. All of them drive laju giler kat sini. mana tak kat highway mostly 120km/hr tapi as usual lah kan even kat msia pown dah negara sendiri sure tau dah kat mana ada camera mana can pecut. ahahahaha.... nasib dah terlatih memakai seat belt all d time bila dlm kreta. ehehhee...

FRIENDSHIP GOAL! We made it to ABU DHABI!

This is our first lookout stop after a pre- sand bashing katanya... padahal kitaorg dah amaze how they manage to drive thru the sand so smoothly! one word AWESOME! my first statement to Aishah, sape yg kat Malaysia yg ske nak drive laju2 boleh dtg sini blaja and buat kije nie. seriously! its a skill u know they appreciate it!

Apa lagi daku pown mula lah fefeeling AYAT2 CINTA nye movie kat padang pasir gitew.. ahahhaaaa... not only amaze with the view but also mengah jugak and mmg work out muscle2 kaki and peha nak bergerak thru this sand yg sgt smooth and soft... and tak melekit pown. TIPS kalau pegi sini, buka je kasut tu and tinggal dlm kreta bila trun. comfirm kalau pakai kasut 

penuh dgn pasir je.

SAND BASHING THROUGH THE DESSERT

Imagine we in this car. the car just slide down. Feeling mcm main ATV kat SYDNEY hari tu, tapi this time in d car instead we in an open air. Part best bila hujung bukit pasir tu junam rilex jewk... Aishah gelak je and yes as we amaze with the ride sometimes takut gak, terbuat plak bunyi alaaa monkey...eyh eyeh oohh uhhh..

Haaa next stop after the lookout tadi, we stop at the CAMEL FARM. Legit mmg byk giler camel aka UNTA. kalau yg penggeli hurm pakai lah kasut alaa boot sbb pasir dia penuh dgn baja taik dorunk and they dah mcm kanggaroo kat ausiie yg rilex je kena lepas. so pandai2 lah korunk nak pilih mna satu camel? ahahaaa.. some ada je yg very friendly.. tau2 diam2 dia approach kat blakang ahahaa.. terkejut but sweet pown ada. ahahahaa... penakut mmg jd mcm tu lah gambar. ahahaha...nasib our driver baik and very attentive to us. siap tolong lagi pegangkan camel nie and panggil us. haaa mcm budak2 kena jaga. baik sgt lah!

Before sunset confirm you will arrived dekat their place where they prepare for your dinner which BBQ and also all sorts of activities like BIKE RIDE (ATV), SAND BOARDING, CAMEL RIDE, HENNA PAINTING mcm kat bawah nie, BELLY DANCING, TRADITIONAL COSTUME TRY and SHISHA. Some included in the package some kena add on extra Dirham. Mesti korunk terpikir brape plak harga package half a day DESSERT SAFARI ni kan? its about 250 DIRHAM (RM 287/ AUD 94) tapi memang berbaloi. food pown sedap.

DINNER for tonite under the start gazing, ada nasi (white or Briyani), LAMB & CHICKEN KEBAB STICK, BBQ Chicken, HOMUS, EGGPLANT BABA GANOUSH, COESLAW & TABULE with a sweet Bread Butter Cinnamon Pudding.

Last after the belly dancing, they had this 15-20 minutes star gazing in a moment of silence and total darkness. seriously if i can catch the view of the star mmg dah amik. but malangnya camera tak ckup canggih so enjoy the moment and slumber baring kat kusyen. and of coz selfie.. ahahhaaa.. girls will be girls.

But what travel without any problem kan? nothing runs smooth. Unfortunate something happened bila kitaorg balik from the DESSERT SAFARI and end up kena jugak move to a new place. kelam kabut nak mencari tempat baru. Alhamdulillah berjaya jugak jumpa with a reasonable price. tapi kena add on lah in cost of AUD 240 per person for 4 nights. what to do things happen. everything happened for a reason. Terbang melayang duit ku lagi.... but syukur ada jugak tempat yg mampu stay. Hello to our new crib in ABU DHABI.

REGENT DOWNTOWN HOTEL ABU DHABI

Problem hotel nie satu je. x d tempat parking. so mmg kena tawaf tawaf seribu kali cari parking. pastu ada kawasan parking plak, masalah ticket machine dia accept coins and their special card je. mmg meggelupur jugak lah kitaorg nak pecah kan duit 15 Dirham utk coins. 15 Dirham for a day (24hrs)  kira lebih 5 jam dia tetap kira 15 dirham je and 3 dirham per hour if less than 5 hours..jangan main2 salah park kena fine dekat 1000 Dirham. tak mampu dik non. certain parking area 12am-8am free. so kitaorg terpaksalah bangun 7.30am just to pay parking sbb nak keluar at 10 esok. ehehhee.. owh well... adventure sgt!

So that all for the 2nd day of this trip and 1st day of exploring ABU DHABI!
