VIENNA 1st CLASS JOURNEY

DAY 23

We had to make our move early in the morning due to working day. Takut train ramai orang. So around 7 ish mcm tu kitaorang dah keluar rumah and off to train station. Ikut jalan masa sampailah. Surprisingly not as crowded as I thought it would be. So we end up sampai dekat central train station so early. Dah sampai tanya kat information center mana our train would depart? Tak salah just to comfirm sebab cetral station nie besar giler as it is a combination for local and international departure. Sebab pagi sangat, why not get ourselves a breakfast. Hurm ke hulu and ke hilir jugak lah try to get the best breakfast. Somehow tak d plak Panini or sandwich with salmon and cheese. Yg ada vegie basil, tomatoes and cheese.

Before finally decided, memang exercise naik turun level. Ahhahaa… ye lah me nak wifi but apparently tak d plak wifi. Ceh. Sabra je lah. Kedekut org berlin dgn wifi compare previous places. Even the central station pown tak d wifi. So apa lagi sit and decide. At first nak aim beli coffee yg ada cute penguin cup, but org barista nie pegi pakai cup biasa plak. Haish… kalau tau order benda lain. Malas plak nak asked so minum je lah.

Lama jugak lah nak tunggu train dalam 11 ish am rasanya from platform 1. So after I get my breakie, aishah plak pegi beli sebab kena lah take turn to stay with the bags. Tak kuasa nak mengheret ke hulu dan ke hilir bag yg dekat 27kg nie. Sambil2 breakie we had so deep talk ahahaha basically about planning in life lah.. ahahhaa.. wei serious plak ttbe. Well at least it kills the time. Tau2 dah nak dekat time to be at the platform. Since its gonna take a while to actually reach vienna and we actually have to change station at prague (PRAHA) so better get something to munch in the train so. Adalah dalam 8 jam kowt atas train. Dari lapar baik beli something. Surprisingly as usual me, bila masuk supermarket mula tak tahu nak beli apa. Ehehhee.. end up guess what I bought? TOBLERONE je. May be sebab pikir budget limited. Kang sampai sure nak g makan lagi. Pagi dah breakfast so tak leh nak lavish. Kowt dalam train nak beli hot drink ke. Haaa duit lagi. Korunk ingat nampak je best kan travel. Kena pikir jugak nak survive. Ehehehe…

So bila train sampai, imagine kitaorg kepelikan sebab our cabin actually first class cabin. Giler. Ah… tanya aishah if she purchase the first class tickets and she said no.. hurm pelik pelik. Well I guess we get lucky! So masa nak naik nie ada lah mamat nie nak tolong angkat bag naik train. Ingatkan ikhlas lah nak menolong since mana lah tau a free service for first class passenger. Rupanya kena jugak bagi upah. Dia tak kesah brape pown. So adalah dlm 3 euro syiling, tu je lah kitaorg kasi. So kalau sape tak d duit kecik next time tak yah lah kasi the person angkat,

The sit was comfortable! Ada tempat plug and also ada usb jugak. Just nice lah. Boleh charge laptop and also charge phone. Eehehe.. weee.. me end up watching drama melayu. Lekat plak layan cite KAU AKU KITA. We best, ske character Janna Nick. Minah sempoi. Haish… itu pown ada jugak yang terpikat. Handsome plak tu. Restist. Haish. Dalam real life. Mana lah nak ada retist yg ske minah miskin kasar kan? Retist cari yg sama cantik sama padan. Tak pramugari mesti model. Tak pown stocked model. Itulah dinamakan drama. Ehhehe.. but it give me a different view for a boyish guy like Im Aus (played by Syarul Ridzwan)

Along the way makin ramai passenger yg turun. And ada kat satu area nie cant help myself to focus sebab nampak view masyaallah cantik sangat. Seriously. Ada tempat secantik senyaman nie. Macam tak caya je. Selalu kan tengok dalam gambar or postcards ke.

Cant help it lah mcm teringin hot drinks. Ada plak orang yg datang amik order. Biasalah first class treatment lah katakan. Air dia normal price je. Dalam 2 euro lebih percup for a hotchocs. Ehehehe.. so dia datang hantar kat seat. Huhahaa… pergh what an experience. Tak payah bangun2 g cabin restaurant.

Even Prague (praha) was originally one of our stop tapi cancel. Tak sangka dapat jugak lah check in and jejak kaki kat sini even dekat dia nye station je. Not bad lah besar jugak. Kitaorg stop pown agak lama lah jugak. Dekat sejam. Sebab our next train tak sampai lagi kowt. Nasib sampai awal. Nak pahamkan dia nye platform pown susah. Eehhee.. pe lagi find the information counter lah. The easiest. They usually tau cakap English. So sempat lah beronline pakai wifi yg ada,

Bila keluar je nk kena pegi station mana, cepat2 pegi sebab ramai jugaklah orang. Yang nie tak tahu lah if we still get the first class cabin or not but im guessing should be as we bought it under one transaction. Kira kena transit kejap je. Ehhehee.. Alhamdulillah yup we did  get to be on the firstclass cabin lagi. Eheheee… yeay. Tapi kali nie penuh giler. So kenalah duduk separate kejap. Usually kejap  je penuh nie. Sebab orang akan byk turun in d next next station of so. So tak kesah je pown if asing sebab memang masing2 akan buat hal masing2. Me kalau ada mood nak berblog, baru blog. Now mood macam berdrama. Ehehhee… so memang lekat layan drama. I don’t follow the drama while it is still hot but follow bila semua episode dah abes. Sebab nye senang bru dapat feel watak and watch one shot the whole episode. Mcm mana tgk online ke? Nope usually either me stream awal2 and watch later or try lah download ke. Ehehhee… hey at least im up to date kan? Jarang layan drama melayu neyh. Entah macam mana lately boleh terjebak. Bukan apa, drama melayu nie buat sakit hati je sebab in real life laki2 nye character tu memang tak lah nak exist in the real world. Ehhehee.. lagi2 kalau yg jenis ada rupa and goood job like lawyer or doctor. Nak ke pandang miss nobody yg selekeh and all. Never. Itu pown sebab pelakon even nobody kecomelan and kecantikan terserlah. Ahahahaa.. so still berpijaklah di bumi yg nyata kayh to all the drama melayu lovers.

Akhirnya after 8 hours train ride. Akhirnya we finally arrive in Vienna. Haaa kat sini we stayed with Aishah friend and his family. Sampai2 je mencarilah mana nak jumpa mamat nie as it been years they haven’t met. Rupanya miss communication of the station. Hahahaa.. rupanya vienna nie banyak train stations. So kalau korunk datang sini make sure check betul2 train station mana ek. Ehehhee..

His name is Martin. Since they have so many things to catch up and me pown mana nak tau pape. Masuk keta and just enjoy the view while they were talking ahahhahaa.. Martin bawa kitaorg jalan2 the city tengok the night view of it. Was so nice sebab byk building lama yg structure pown very ancient style sikit. Ukiran2 tu… and very big building!

Pastu vienna nie terbahagi diantara the big river katanya. Once we cross the river, building plak very the modern. Ehehhee.. pelik tapi interesting tau! Ehehhee.. kira the attraction mainly at the previuos city area with all the monument and stuff.

Sampai2 his house. His parents dah tdo. Ye lah we arrive dalam weekdays esok orang kije. Esok pown our planning to just laid back tak d lah keluar awal sangat. May b tak sempat nak jumpa his parents. Balik dr outing lah kowt bru jumpa. Ehehe… he asked if we want to eat. May b not lah lapar memang lama tapi malas nak masak. So we makan our pack food instant dr Malaysia je senang. Tu pown gagah nak abes kan. Ehehehe.. penat duduk atas train actually ahahhaa…. Lepas makan terus naik and refresh. We actually stay kat his room and he stayed dekat basement room rumah dia. Bilik pown kemas sangat. Actually his house cantik. Simple yet cosy and homie. The bathroom pown very nice. Very mat salleh house. Boleh ah amik idea nie sikit2 ahahah if ever beli rumah someday or built my own kind of house. Ehehee or renovate. Nampak tak sempat berangan. Ahahhaa.. yg penting ada unsur modern house sikit with lantai kayu ish. ehhehee…

So that’s all for tonight. Safely arrive in Vienna with 8 hours train ride eyh first class train ride. Alhamdulillah Allah bagi experience. (^^,)

GOOD NIGHT 

Discover Berlin Wall

Day 22.

Hari nie haish..bangun pown amik masa. And dari pagi its raining ish. more to drizzling, so our aim would be stop 4 which the berlin wall and stop 6. Seriously, tahap kerajinan macam trun sikit may be sebab hujan kowt. Weather pown gloomy je sesuai betul lah ngan kitaorg. Ahahhaa.. but hey hujan atau tidak. Kena jugak explore something. Plus no way we gonna miss the berlin wall. Its like the main thing okay!

Since kitaorang keluar nak dekat lunch time, so first thing first cari brunch dulu. We’ve been aiming nak makan kat rayyan chicken tu. So gagah menapak lagi ke rayan chichken. Sebab nak try their roasted rayan chicken. Nampak sedap! And mcam banyak plak mat salleh order. Dah jalan2, yeay its open! Apa lagi masuk terus order. Ahahhaa… masa duduk ada perasan melayu. Ye lah malay mesti ah tau kan. Bila the family nak keluar baru lha tegur the wife. Ehhehee.. they from Singapore rupanya. Family holiday gitew. They went to Munich and Switzerland and now in Berlin. Best jugak. So friendly akak tu, cakap sikit dia gelak cakap sikit dia gelak. Ehehehe…  well cam tu lah kami kalau nampak or dengar melayu or English alaa malay tu tak salah untuk tegur. Ehehhee…

Lepas makan we find our way to the berlin wall. Tak jauh pown. And it start hujan already. But redah je lah. Me pakai beanies plus bukan hujan lebat pown.  Masa awal sampai macam tak paham jugak npe lah orang mcm nak sgt tgk tembok yang agak berlubang2 nie and besi terkeluar2 nie. I mean im not a historic person or even an architecture yg ske batu2 constructions nie. But bila nak upload picture kat instagram and ada lah jugak baca kat area situ about it, baru lah tau kenapa it is a must as it does represent Berlin in so many way. It is one of the defense mechanism. I mean so many people dies trying to cross over the wall and so many also successful and manange to cross over or under this wall. Wow kan? So its not only just a wall, it’s a wall with so many different stories and moments that represent the hardship of Berlin people.

Tengok awan mcm nak hujan lebat je. Risau le plak. Instead menapak pegi ke next stop which no 6, baik pergi cari café and just sit and let aishah tulis dia nye postcards while me may be playing with my phone. Nak guna inet macam orang berlin tak banyak yang kasi free wifi so main game lah. Boleh nak redah to no 6, but hujan lebat sama je gambar tak dapat, kang sakit plak. No no. esok dah nak kena make d move to vienna. So have to keep us healthy. Plus the next attraction tu building dia lebih kurang je dengan Berliner Dom. So tak pe lah. Weight the pro and cons and yup we skip it.

We went to the same coffee shop yang hari tu. Hahaha.. orang cashier tu pown dah cam kitaorg.kali nie dia macam friendlier compare arie tu. I just realize kat sini semua kedai makan kitaorang repeat pergi dua kali. Kalau ikut ptot nya no repeat session in one kedai. Okay this time is exception. This time I tried what they recommend. Hurm not bad. Sedap. Lama jugak lah kitaorang stay sampai dorunk tutp kedai lah jugak. Ingat dah lambat lah sbb orang dah tutup kedai. Rupanya they tutp kedai memang awal mcam aussie jugak. So apa lagi heading back lah to home. Need to start repacking again and again everytime nak make d move. Sebab nak find the best way so tayar bag nie tak giler kalau everythg well pack and balance. Ehhehee..

Malam pown tak keluar and just eat whatever food left yg kitaorang beli on the first day. ehehhee.. bab2 quick food preparation. so far terbaik memang Aishah lah. ehhehee... me just sit and ate. bab masak proper food baru my specialty. ehhehe.. hope in London dapat lah finally masak proper food. 

Ya very boring day. I know. Owh well.. what we came here is achieved and we do get to see most of it already. Last night in Berlin. Esok pepagi dah kena gerak. Time to sleep. Night!

BERLIN SIGHTSEEING

DAY 21

Berlin day two. Haaaa hari nie bru semangat sikit. Dalam kul 9.30 kitaorang dah siap2 nak kluar. Sebab hop on hop off tu start dalam kul 10.  Tapi ada cuak sikit sebab tak tahu if we can manage to change the tickets sebab terbeli route B which baru realize most main attraction in route A. huahaha… kalau boleh tukar Alhamdulillah. If cant terpaksalah redha kan je lah. Takat nak keluar duit lagi. Dah pikir pandai2 lah nak cari jalan g nnt. Somehow today rasa macam sejuk over sikit. Tak tahu lah kenapa. So before teruskan our day we grab a coffee at the startbuck dah alang2 lalu. Ehehhee.. haaa.. dah dapat coffee pagi2 baru le semangat sikit kowt. Ehhehee… tapi memang terlepas lah our first bus. Ingat kul 10 tu bus tu baru nak start dari stop no 1 rupanya kul 10 tu kat stop kitaorang nak naik no 5. Hurm so tunggu je lah next one. Kat sini sangat banyak bus hop on hop off tgk company apa korunk naik. Apparently apa yg kitaorg amik nie amik masa lama sikit when nak tunggu bus datang. There’s another one touring sightseeing jugak. But more kerap every 10 minutes. Kalau korunk datang berlin beli ah tu. Bus dia ada warna kuning and merah. Bukan kata tak bagus hop on hop off kitaorang naik but sama je and may be service dorunk lama sikit. Like ours 10-4pm je.

Apparently kat sini mcm bus touring dia slalu penuh. Tak tahu lah may be sebab kitaorg pilih date and on Saturday. So tak pelik ah kalau ramai. But our hop on hop off ada dua jenis. Kalau yang merah kena listen sendiri pakai earphone dorunk kasi and can change the channel nak bahasa apa. If naik yg putih hijau mcm live explaination. Basically ada tour guide yg kat tingkat atas yg akan explain. So best lah jugak something different. Ehehhee.. our first tour guide funny jugak. Dia main cakap je I think lah may be. Ahahahhaa… may be nak nampak bersahaja instead baca script kan?

Owh lupa nak gtau. Kitaorg Berjaya je tukar. Well actually our route tu cover both A and B route. So selamat lah. Tapi my advice lagi amik lah 48 hours sebab 24 hours memang tak sempat nak cover. Pendek and kejap je rasa. Ada je some places tak sempat kitaorg nak pergi

Our first stop would be at stop number 9. Kat sini ada sealife. Motif sgt kan nak masuk sealife. More of to gi fountain apatah. Tapi tak jumpa lh plak the fountain. May be its in the Christmas market. So tak nampak dah. Tapi dari sealife nie kalau kat corner jalan nie, boleh nampak the Fernsehturm de Berlin tower. It’s a television tower and kind of the highest in berlin. Mula2 me ingat tower apa nie mcm pernah nampak alaa kat jepun ehehhee… and kat Christmas market tu plak ada ferris wheel. Ehehhee.. besar plak tu. Mula tadi nampak yg kecik masa lalu kat another Christmas market.

Almaklumlah dah nak dekat Christmas memang penuh lah Christmas market here and there. Cantik jugak sebab berlampu2. Sape rajin boleh lah try pergi. Kitaorg lalu je sebab kalau pergi nak balik naik apa kan? Dia nye city macam jauh sikit dari kitaorang.

Dah tak jumpa fountain apalagi move to d next attraction which stop no 10 the Berliner Dom. Haaa.. tunggu punya tunggu bus tak muncul tiba asyik bus yg another one tu je… pastu dah sampai.. skali tak leh naik plak sebab penuh. Apa lagi memang buka  map and we start to walk. Ahahhaa.. nie lawak. Sebab tak sampai lima minute dah sampai ahahaha.. ceh dekat je rupanya.

Berliner Dom nie also known as Berlin Cathedral.  Cantik lah walaupun dia nye Dom agak remind me of QVB or train station kat Melbourne je. Ehehhe but memang lawa lah. Cathedral nie pernah jadi church college and also dalam nie makam royalties dorunk as it is also a church. Wajjb gambar lah kat sini. Cantik structure semua. Although im not an architect I loike very old old cathedral design gitew. Ahahahhaa when budak account express pasak building cam gini lah. Ahahhahaa

Pastu kitaorang nampak bus apa lagi terus lagi sebab nak pergi the next stop no 11 which is the Brandenburgh Gate and also the Reichstag Building. Haaa yang dua nie pown one of berlin main attraction. Dalam postcard slalu ada. Ahahhaa.. nak tahu sebab apa sebab they are the symbols of berlin dari zaman dulu kala lagi. Ye lah dari zaman world war 2.

Dari tepi dah tak sabar nak tangkap gambar. Ahahaha ingat mcm tu je rupa Reichstag building. Mana nak tahu kan ada bahagian depan ahahaha.. so kitaorang pown jalan je. Ya allah punya lah ramail manusia. Seriously. Hurm.. nak masuk sini dalam Reichstag museum nie our housing host cakap boleh masuk for free. Haaa Malaysian bila dengar perkataan  free memang masuk list ah ahahaha… so smalam Aishah dah buat booking and it was approved. Yeay. Even today tak dapat masuk, sanggup nak datang balik esok sebab our time utk masuk only available esok. So tangkap je lah gambar depan2. Ehhehee…

Reichstag building nie pernah banyak kali je destroy. Mula2 sebab fire then masa dorunk rebuilt tu dorunk tukar sikit the design of it. Then musnah lagi masa zaman world war 2. And collapse so they rebuild again untuk kali ke dua. And kali nie dorunk build like the original building.

So Reichstag Building dah checked. Around this place ada lah macam park untuk jalan2. Ingat kan statue lah yg ada dekat park. Rupanya orang yang gerak2 tapi macam patung tu. Ahhahahaa.. alaaa.. dah la cool. Nak amik gambar kena bayar. Hurm nvm. Plus aishah pown mcm takut. Memang tak d lah nak amik gambar. Ahahaha… baru ku tau aishah boleh geng dengan my lil sis. Ehehee.. termasuklah tkut clown. Tapi aishah sempat amik ngan bear Christmas ahahhaha sebab the bear is lambing of berlin jugak. Patung bear nie macam merata tapi mcm2 corak. Ehehehee…

Jalan sikit dah tembus kat Brandenburgh Gate. Wahhh sama macam postcards. Ehehehe… cantik actually gate but make sure korunk amik dua2 belah gate nie. Kalau tak tengok betul sure amik picture blakang gate nie. I mean tgk lah statue tu pandang mana. Ehehhee… dari sini can actually see another attraction of theirs, tapi jauh giler lah. Which nampak bus cecepat naik sebab sentiasa ramai. Rugi jugak nak tunggu bus je. Kat sini ada jugak org minta derma due to pekak and bisu. We don’t really have change. Ingat nak suh sign pasal partition apa. So dah kena donate tak jadi dah. Bukan tak mo. If ada extra I would already. Dia dah siap bg kiss kat pipi dah through her hands. Haaa it’s a her ek no him. Ahahaaaaa sorry sangat. Rasa serba salah plak tak kasi donation.

So bila bus datang kelam kabut naik so tak penuh bus nie. And yes we manage catch the bus. Tak d lah jaunh manan tempat next tapi dah ada and dah bayar why not kan make full used of it. Ehehhee….  Tempat tak jauh pown tapi the bus akan make round around the area. Its like a small business distrit area. Before sampai tempat kitaorg, it will stop dekat the main or the central train station. Where kitaorang sampai arie tu. Besar lah jugak. Arie tu kitaorang tak keluar pown. Terus catch another train. Nie dapat tengok dari luar. Besar rupanya.

Dalam 5 minutes macam tu sampai dah kat our last destination which stop no 13. The Berlin Victory Column. Haaaa…. Kalau dalam postcards banyak jugak lah picture benda alaaah nie. It is one of the main attraction jugak. Ada 285 tangga kalau nak naik and get the view from above. Cantik lah. Tengah2 tu ada mcm old lukisan2. Kitaorang takat amik picture kat bawah je lah. Tak d nye rajin nak menapak. Plus nak kejarkan bus time sebab kan abes cepat. Hurm… tu yg main check point je. But still doesn’t mean we tak dapat nak nikmati and amaze with the structure and everythg. Benda nie macam kat tengah2 roundabout. so far it is done lah. Nak pegi stop lain macam dah tak sempat. Perut pown dah kruk kruk.. ehhehe lapar. So we decide to buat another round and stop at the first stop kitaorang turun kat sealife tu. They said it is the best nak makan seafood ahahaha.. ye lah sealife kan opposite. So u know where they get their fish. Ahahhaaaa.. sengal je tour guide tu buat statement. Hurm we have approximately 20 minutes je utk makan and all. Pergh… dengan pantas ek order and makan.

The restaurant is called NORDSEE. We had the apa tah nama tapi macam deep fried fish with potatoes. Makan pown tak tenang. Sebab takut tertinggal the last bus of hop on hop off.. makan  laju giler so bayangkanlah mesti cepat kenyang. Ahahhahaa.. dua dua dah abes makan cepat2 gi tempat tunggu bus. Tunggu punya tunggu tadaaaa the bus is approaching. Pergh lega. Tapi ada jugak risau kowt lah the bus tak buat satu pusingan sampai ke our pit stop. Mana lah tau skali kena turun halfway, masak jgak lah.sampai one stop to another orang turun and turun. Lama2 empty lah jugak. Before our pit stop rupanya berlin wall. Ahahaha the main attraction and well known in berlin. Tak sempat nak pergi. Owh well dekat je pown nnt esok jalan ah. Dari dalam bus  nie, lalu lah all the main Christmas market in city of berlin. I have to say so far rasa dorunk punya Christmas market meriah and macam paling happening. Same with the one in Brussels. Jugak. Macam best nak jalan2 but naaahhh.. too tired and malas nak keluar duit transport lain. Tak pe byk lagi Christmas market that we can explore through out our journey. Ehehhee….

So here we are back to rumah dalam 5 ish macam tu. Sempat lah balik and rest and mandi and all.. budget nak tido lah. Skali dalam 9 ish. masing2 mcm lapar. Tak tahu lah may be sebab winter. Ahhahaa biasanya orang ckp bila sejuk nie memang cepat lapar. Aahahahaa.. or may be sebab tadi makan kelam kabut so process pown macam cepat je. Kitaorang pown dengan baju tido sarung jacket and terus lah nak gerak jalan to kedai halal. Gagah jalan gi rayan chicken. Skali tutup. So kenalah gi makan kat tempat smalam. Ehehhee.. tapi tak d nye nak makan currywurst tu lagi. We ate nasi and dgg kebab set. Haaa kali nie org kedai bagi kitaorg amik ice tea for our drink. Padahal tak boleh kena air tin je. May be sebab kitaorg last customer and dah muka macam regular. So dia kasi je. Ehehhee.. rezeki. Yeay… lepas makan apa lagi balik and rest. Penat jugak lah. Arie nie ada few time sesi berlari mengejar bus. Ahahahhaa…. Tapi bus driver kat sini baik2. Dorunk kalau nampak je org lari2 nie dorunk usually akan tunggu jugak. Baikkan. So this is so far our berlin explorer. Esok kind of relax day tinggal nak jalan tgk few places je. NIGHT for now.
