DAY 11
Today no rush , as always pagi sempat ber blog kejap while having our breakfast. So mana lagi kan kitaorang nak explore? Today misi mencar sourveniers kat Plaka. Mencari Pandora Aishah and also pergi Duck pond utk tangkap gambar and send to Aunty Ida. Ehehehe… pastu wajib makan Greek Salad here in GREECE!
Tgh2 tunggu adalah Nampak dua orang nie jual simcard Vodafone. Since bus macam tak muncul lagi we end up approaching them not they approached us. Ya ampun dah macam ayam ngan itik cakap. Dorunk pown tak nak kalah konon boleh cakap English even sikit2. But lain kitaorang tanya lain dorunk jawab. Sangat tak menjawab soklan. But Aishah beli jugak since would be easier kalau kitaorg sesat or her ibu to contact her. Me snap je incase lah kan kena tipu.hahaha.. so boleh g report terus. But Alhamdulillah the sim card works. But tu lah nama je international simcard. Tapi boleh pakai kat Athens je. Kat luar kena roaming jugak ceh. Kan dah cakap lain kitaorg tanya lain dia jawab tadi.
Somehow kat sini sangat banyak burung merpati! Like a lot! No jokes. Dorunk memang byk2 and
ttbe je terbang2 ramai2. Ahahhaa… so misi of the day first stop PANDORA! Untuk yg collect macam Aishah every place dia pegi dia akan cari, so Pandora in Athens ada kat pitstop no 1. Sintagma square.. dah benti bus hop on hop off..turun and cari mcdonalds. Pastu belok kanan and jalan, Pandora will be on ur left side. Kat sini ada mcm2 charms to symbolize Athens, main one would be the OLIVE which meand peace. They also have hot air balloon with blue and white colour, colour flag GREECE, another one macam nak beli je, its and OWL!! OWL symbolize wisdom in Athens. Nnt lah kalau ada rezeki dah kije boleh je try cari online the charms or even mana tahu jual kat Sydney or msia. Akan ku beli balik. Now budget trip so tak mampu yet.
So Pandora searched DONE! Next stop would be the duck pond. Duck pond nie kat stop no 6 hop on hop off. Its like a botanical garden actually. So dalam otak imagine it would be something like centennial park or normal botanical garden. Nak masuk tu Nampak plak orang jual pretzels yg besar tu and apatah nama donut. Well mcm donut gula tu tapi bila kitaorg kata nak donuts satu dia betul kana pa tah tak sempat nak catch up what its called. Ehehhee… sedap jugak lah but keras sikit.. tapi kalau makan ngan air panas sedap je! Ehehhee… The donut lembut giler. Ehehee…
So dalam nie expectation mcm down sikit sebab macam alaa zoo plak rasa all the animals dlm cage masing2 memang Nampak lah school excusrsion and nenek nenek and datuk2 bawa cucu jalan2. Ehehhe.. while us pown jalan2 nothing wrong kan to explore. Ehehhee.. dia ada small pond tapi nothing. Pastu ada kambing gurun, burung and small pond full of kura2. Haaa.. me send the video to my nephew. He said mana mana kura2 tak Nampak pown. Ahahhaa.. sebab kura2 camouflage dengan air and batu kat situ. Heehheee. But memang banyak giler. And lagi rilex ada burung merpati nie siap lompat atas one kura2 to another. Slumberland je. 
Lepas duck pown nie we make a stop at PLAKA. Plaka nie bukan kedai makan tau but a place yang full of cafes and souveniers shop. Ive read in one blogspot mainly about plaka. Tempat dia besar. So boleh jalan2. But bare in mind that if amik hop on hop off last bus would be dlm 5pm dorunk. Kang terlepas tak pasal plak kena bayar taxi ehehhee… for us jalan2 survey dulu. Sebab ada some kedai souviniers dia tak d kat kedai lain. Byk je yg sama. Ehheee.. dah beli apa yg patot semua, kitaorg pown harapan lah nak makan kat café snack2 bite gitu alaa cheese ngan roti ke. Skali kena tahan dengan one lady from Quick Pitta Restaurant. Mula2 check harga. Al-maklum on budget. So not bad sebab dia style fast food jgak tapi proper one. Pastu this guy keluar and senyum2 nasib comel and asked us if we can speak Arabic sebab dia cakap arab. Ahahha mungkin ingat kitaorg dari UAE lah kowt sbb pakai tudung. NOPE we cant! Ahahhaa.. but masuk jugak lah. Ehehhee..
Dalam menu ada Greek Salad so since esok tak plan nak keluar wajib lah try jugak. Ehehe…. And also amik the vegies set cost dalam 15 euro for two (7.50 euro each) ehhehee…. For entrée dorunk kasi alaa bruschetta tapi roti pitta toasted. Pergh sedap, mmg makanana ku! Then datang the greek salad. Tak boleh process otak. Sedap and fresh giler! The cheese ya ampun masyaallah sedap. Memang purely kena makan greek salad at Greece, ye lah makanan dorunk mmg terbaiklah rasa. Our set pown sampai. Ada Holumi cheese semata bakes and buffalo cheese with tomatoes and some vegies skewers. Hamik ko. Kenyang giler walaupun vegies. Sangat healthy kan? Ehehhee… alhamdulilah. Me cannot telan byk sebab slalu makan viegies ngan nasi and daging siki2 can lah. Lidah melayu tak? Ahahhaa… baru ku tau and ku sedar. Ahahhaa….
Lepas makan, kelam kabut cari jalan keluar g kat bus stop hop on hop off balik. Nasib lah sempat sampat before 5pm. Kalau tak sia2 kena tinggal. Ingat last bus dalam 5.28pm rupanya sampai 5pm je. Alhamdulillah. We manage to catch the last one. Then off to home. Owh dalam our last ride stay smpai mlm. Sempat lah selfie bagai atas bus and make a video. Datang giler kitaorg ahahahaa… so ya that’s the end of our day in Athens. Esok planning homie day… sebab nak kena repack bag. (^^,)
